We have seen that we get some traits like eye colour from our parents. What about others?

Observe people around you, try tp pin-point which traits could’ve been acquired and which inherited. See that acquired traits can be changed but inherited cannot be.
Real Life Question:
Height is an inherited character, but what if a person whose parents are tall doesn’t get nutritious food and remains short, will his children also be short?
